I was selling one home from out of state to move to and purchase a home in Pittsburgh. We went with Federated Mortgage for our Pittsburgh home and we are so glad we did. Logan was helpful from the start - super responsive, incredibly informative and just an all around nice guy. He answered all of our questions, at all hours of the night, and even helped us with our recast. Logan went above and beyond, even when our loan servicer (NewRez) was having issues, he stepped in to get us answers and to fix things NewRez had messed up on. I highly recommend Federated and Logan -- just not NewRez :)
