I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin Remp and Logan Swan at Federated Mortgage Corp for my new home in Pittsburgh, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose a local lender. This is the second time I have used federated mortgage and Rick Peluso. I cannot state enough how having Rick made our dreams come true. He was always ready to chat about questions, concerns and made us feel at ease. We bought a home and sold a home in less than 45 days and again without Rick would not be possible. He and my realtor built a relationship which made the process more streamlined. We always knew what was needed and next steps. My loan officer, Jason Ward, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly prompt with his communication. He made sure to explain every detail and answered every question I had from loan application day 1 all the way through closing day.
